Eh, I'm not sold on the fact that it wasn't scripted.

MTV has historically denied knowledge of events that have gotten them into trouble and forced the artists to deny knowledge as well, like with the Janet Jackson Super Bowl thing.

I don't think the Kanye interrupt was scripted after reading the coverage and interviews with folks like Jay-Z.

Beyonce, beautiful Beyonce, generated decades of karma with her class act in bringing Taylor Swift out.

Prediction: Taylor Swift and Beyonce record a track in the next year.

Dude, the subway and Gaga jokes had me rolling.

I'm with you, I liked BP3 way more than I thought I was going to. Hopefully I'll get some words on the screen later this week.

By the way, I think we covered this show more so than any other blog on earth. And of all shows too...

Jay's voice is crummy on the album version too on the second verse, sounds out of breath. good song though. think Lil Mama was just onstage because she's one of the few visible new NY rappers these days.

i have to say i was truly moved by Lady Gaga's brave symbolic stand against the destructive evils of the paparazzi...lol, really though, i'd probably be less annoyed by her if she didn't go out of her way to make herself seem like she's making anything other than vapid pop. Britney Spears with artistic pretensions. gets attention though i guess.

21st Century Breakdown sucked. But then, I loved Tha Carter III and disliked American Idiot, so I clearly know nothing about music.

Peace,
Kyle
