But they generally sell ok no matter if we the public are excited or not. When's the last time you've been excited for a Snoop release? I'll give you the Drop It Like It's Hot release. But he still sells more than a handful of records.

If Timbo and Snoop both hit the market at the same time, it's bad for both of them. And this is just 3 weeks after 50.

I get trying to take advantage of the stocking stuffer mentality, and the numbers should be steady through XMas, but it just seems like they flood the market.

The question is…do people need either Snoop OR Timbo? I think that even with the releases all scrunched up together, people just aren't seeing anything that excites them.

Dude, this strategy of pushing all these R&B/Hip Hop releases to the end of the year is smacking them in the face. They've muddled up the market. Do people really need both Snoop and Timbo? Doesn't look like.

Next year, they have to space these things out much better.
